Orders:

1. How do I place an order on Videsi.net?

Simply browse our collection, select your items, add them to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for a faster experience. Each product page includes detailed size charts and product information to help you make the right choice.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information if the order is sent through "Tracked Shipping". You can also log into your account to view real-time tracking updates. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact [email protected] immediately if you need to make changes.

4. What if an item in my order is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we'll contact you within 24 hours to offer:

  • A full refund for the unavailable item
  • A similar alternative item
  • The option to wait for restocking

  • Canada: 2-5 business days (Tracked) , 2-4 weeks (Untracked)
  • USA: 3-10 business days

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

3. What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund once we receive the returned items.
